Tachi makes it easy to switch hosts with our free site transfer service. Just let us know the details and we'll take care of the whole process with zero surprises. There's no limit on the number of sites or how long it takes to move them all over. Transfer sites all at once or in small batches to make things easier.

Some hosts drop the ball. Not here.

Not all hosts know how to transfer a site properly. It's weird, but it's true. Some hosts do a lazy transfer with zero notice after your request sits in a queue for a week. Sometimes they won't even check to make sure the site actually works after the transfer is complete. What's up with that?

Tachi isn't like that. Your site matters to us as much as it does to you.

Moves happen on an agreed schedule with ample prep work and post-migration testing. There's no last-minute gotchas, because we check for those ahead of time. And we don't stop work until it's finished.

What about email?

We can move email too, but it requires us knowing the password for the email account to run a sync. We'll do an initial transfer and then a top-up after the DNS is updated. But we recommend using a dedicated email service for the best experience, regardless of where a site is hosted. An awesome choice is Fastmail.

Have a cPanel or Plesk backup? That works too.

You can upload the backup in Enhance or send it to us to import. We only recommend this for sites that don't change often since imports take time.
